Franchise Setup Costs and the Site Selection Process

Setup Costs

A Perfect 10 nail studio franchise will cost R490, 000.00 (Ex VAT) and a Perfect 10 nail, body and beauty setup starts as low as R595, 000.00 (Ex VAT). Working capital of between R80, 000.00 and R130, 000.00 for rental deposit, first month's rent, stamp duty, lease fees and to support the business for the first few months will be required.

Site Selection Process

Site selection will either be done by Perfect 10 or the franchisee. Each potential site must meet the criteria demanded by the network department, all expertise accrued over the past years will be employed in the evaluation of this location.
