We all strive for that radiant, luminous glow.

The easy way out is to pile on all the best makeup products, but this will never allow you to wear a true radiant glow that makes you look beautiful and healthy. For that, you need to treat your skin well at it’s core.

The first, and possibly the simplest, step in this journey to natural radiance is remembering to drink plenty of water. If you don’t keep your cells hydrated they will leave you looking dull with a fatigued complexion. Drinking approximately 8 glasses of water a day will not only keep your skin hydrated, it will also flush out toxins from your system so they don’t build up in your cells. Water will also replenish the skin tissue and increase it’s elasticity, therefore helping delay the signs of aging such as fine lines and wrinkles. 

If you find it difficult to drink plain water, try infusing flavour with natural fruits.
